Welcome!
Open enrollment is a short period each year when you can make changes to your benefits. Elections you make during open enrollment will become effective on January 1, 2025.
Changes should be submitted by December 15, 2024.

What’s New in 2025

Health insurance: no changes to plan design; 6.33% increase for premium plan, 0% increase for standard plan.

Dental coverage: no changes to plan design; 2% premium increase over 2024.

Vision coverage: no changes to plan design or costs.

Section 125 - Flex Spending

IMPORTANT! You will need to enroll in Section 125 (Flexible Spending and Dependent Care) even if you are enrolled for this year.

Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA): 2025 annual contribution limit is $3,300

Dependent Care Account (DCA): 2025 annual contribution limit is $5,000

Changes You Can Make During Open Enrollment

During Open Enrollment, you can:

Add, change, or stop health, dental, vision, critical illness, accident, and/or long and short-term disability coverage

Enroll in flexible spending

Increase employee voluntary life insurance by $10,000 or spouse voluntary life insurance by $5,000
-
New enrollment in voluntary life or long-term disability will require the submission of an Evidence of Insurability form (statement of health)

Any amounts above the guaranteed issue amounts for Voluntary Life/Spouse or Critical Illness will require the submission of an Evidence of Insurability form.
